The Power of Habit is broken down into three sections: The Habits of Individuals, The Habits of Success Organizations and The Habits of Societies. The Power of Habit claims to help you understand how habits work and with that knowledge you should be able to work out how you can change your habits for the better. With that in mind, I decided for October PropelHer’s Book Club would discuss The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.
